Welcome to our family-run holiday rental. We are a Cornish family with many years of experience in hosting comfortable holidays. And we both know this area very well.
Our house is situated on the edge of the village of St Eval, on the quiet tip of a contemporary development. Views are of the large garden and wild land and countryside beyond. Bright House is in an extremely quiet location, so peaceful, with big skies and a sunny garden.
We are only 2 miles from the Cornish southwest coast path and two miles from the lovely Porthcothan beach. Other beaches include Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth, Treyarnan, Harlyn, and Constantine are all within 5 miles, and Padstow is only 7 miles. The location is truly spectacular.

We pride ourselves in having beautiful furniture mostly from Heals. The Bright House is over three floors with 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps eight.

Ground floor
Spacious light lounge, dining table easily seats eight. Kitchen is open plan with a window and French doors opening onto the patio and garden with views. Lounge has two sofas, chair, coffee table and large flat screen TV.
Middle floor
Super king bedroom with big garden and countryside views. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. All Windows have blackout blinds.
Twin room. Two eco organic single beds which converts into a super king bed if necessary. Wardrobe. Windows have blackout blinds.
Bunk bedroom. One bunk bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Bathroom, Bath, shower, toilet wash basket
Top floor
Large en suite room with super king bed. Wardrobe and two chests of drawers. En suite comprises; toilet, shower and basin, and washing basket. Velux window – all windows have blackout blinds.
