Arrival and leaving times

Arrival: Please arrive after 4pm on your first day of the booking.

Leaving: Please leave by 10am on your last day. These times allow cleaners plenty of time to look after the house.

Rental payment

The fee for the rental to be paid when making the booking. Please see details about the deposit on the prices page.

Good housekeeping bond

We require a good housekeeping bond to be paid when booking. The refund will be sent within three days of your departure, providing, there are no items are missing and there is no damage. The current deposit is £550.

Groups

We cater largely for family groups which are welcome but with a maximum of eight people per booking.

Sorry No parties, no Stag parties and no Hen parties.

Noise and courtesy to neighbours

We have neighbours and we request that you are considerate to them with no loud music and no disrespectful behaviour please. It has happened!

Parking

Parking for two cars is available in front of our garage. Any additional cars can be parked in the community car park, one minute from the house and next to the village shop. Please do not park anywhere else on the development.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking in our house.
